Reshma is a researcher, documentation officer and freelance reporter.
She currently works as an assistant documentation officer and media
co-ordinator with the India Centre For Human Rights and Law (ICHRL).
ICHRL works on legal aid and public interest litigation, legal
education, advocacy, access to justice and people's tribunals and
campaigns.


Reshma tracks news on issues ICHRL is working on and also co-ordinates
with the media for public meetings, press conference and trainings. She
is also has a networking and communication role as part of Dalit Rights
Initiative. She has worked as a researcher on a flood related PIL
research project, as a coordinator for a publishing house. She also
freelances for a local Marathi magazine.
